Went to reinsert camera (memory) card and put in upside down and pushed into housing. Realized it was wrong pulled out. Now when I reinsert card there is no longer tension on card and it just falls into housing? what has happened? Thx.
Hi Don,
Sorry you're memory card won't lock into place. It is highly likely that either the spring locking mechanism broke or the card slot has become separated from its mount within your Canon camera. It is kind of like trying to fit a specific cardboard piece into a place it doesn't belong. It doesn't take a lot of force for the delicate parts to become damaged.
