The app works on my phone but not on my iPad. Has worked great for the past 2 years.
Hi Mary, sorry for your issues with your Canon Connect app. I'd suggest uninstalling and re-installing the latest version. I don't know much about software for Apple products. You should go to Canon directly and post your question in the forums.
