Canon EOS R Stuck In Video Mode
Hello,
The record button works on and off and it records. when I click the mode button, the option to turn it back into camera mode is not there. I only have the 4 tabs and it stays on Video mode. Even when the camera is turned off, the camera icon stays in the view window.
Nobody seems to have had this problem. I may have to send it unless someone here knows how to fix it. I have tried the resets that I could find, I believe there is another reset under the camera mode but that doesn't show up for me cause there is no camera mode option
Thank you for your time.
I'm guessing someone already suggested trying doing a firmware update on your R camera
