Hi
I have a Canon R and set the camera on the tripod, with the 10 sec timer.
The background is mat white. I operate the 10 sec timer, run in front of the camera, sit down and the camera automatically takes a picture.
Unfortunately, the photo of me is blurry, not sharp.
I set the focus on servo and get in position a few seconds before the click.
I was under the impression the camera would automatically refocus.
Any thoughts?
Bill
Hi Bill,
Sorry that you're getting a blurry photo with your Canon R camera. Without seeing a sample, it is very difficult for me to help.
Can you attach one of your blurry self-timer photos from your Canon R? There are 2 reasons for blurry photos. One is movement during a slow shutter speed and the other is focusing on the wrong spot.
You're camera will likely refocus during video, but not during a self-timer delayed still image.
Let me know if my answer is a help,
thank you,
Bruce
