Hi. I recently upgraded to the R6. I took me a while to figure out how to shoot in CLog on this camera. Apparently it isn’t available in Manual mode, but only in Video Mode. The problem is that in Video Mode, the camera automatically changes aperture and other settings. As a videographer, I want to be able to control that myself without it changing, but I still want the Log footage. Is there any solutions that will allow me to get Clog on the R6 while still giving me full control? Thanks.
Hi Noah,
thanks for your question about shooting in CLog on the Canon Mirrolress R6 camera with full camera settings control. I'm almost strictly a still image shooter and don't have any experience with shooting CLog on the R6.
I'm publishing your question in the hopes that another Canon Geek reader can answer your question.
Thanks so much,
Bruce
