Factory reset function not appearing on my canon T6i. It has been there in the past but currently not showing up.
Hi Sarah,
Sorry your having issues with your factory reset on your Canon Rebel t6i. That's a problem I've never heard of not appearing in the menu. The Canon camera menus can be challenging to navigate through, for sure. You need to contact an authorized Canon service facility to address an issue like this.
Just curious too, why you want to do a factory reset instead of a firmware update.
